Welcome to the SUB.
Although the Student Union Building (SUB) is student-focused, we want to encourage students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni and the surrounding community to use our space. The SUB is meant to be a community-building space, where all of the UFV community can come together.
The SUB features many bright, spacious, professional, and flexible reservations options. We want the whole SUB to be inviting for everyone to enjoy.
Rental Spaces
Evered Hall (S1114, S1116, S1118)
A large, open, and versatile space capable of hosting a various range of events. This space offers multiple options to create an event custom to any needs and wants, from yoga classes to conventions.
This space can be divided into three sections (South, Middle and North) or used as one ample space (Full).

Professional meeting space for study groups, clubs, faculty meetings, presentations and more. Collaborate, ideate and express yourself in style. ATRIUM
The Atrium is the heart of the SUB building; create an event or gathering by renting the south end of the Atrium. This space can be cleared and set up for speakers, performances and vendors. Ideal space for creating exposure to the student body and gathering attention from the in/outflow of students.

Note: In the reservation of Atrium, there will still be a flow of public traffic entering and exiting the building, in addition to Fair Grounds Coffee operations during operating hours.
Rental Request Form
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Taxes are not included on this invoice
SUB rentals and the SUS reserves the right to approve or deny any requests according to its internal Terms and Conditions.
Reservation requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the day of your event.
Please note that NO RESERVATION REQUEST is considered as confirmed or as a booked space until:
The contract has been signed by the client.
Proof of payment has been submitted by the client (if applicable).
The finalized contract has been signed and approved a by the SUS Facilities Team.
An e-mail confirmation of the space been booked has been sent to the client.
If the client fails to submit all requested documentation, and the reservation request remains tentative and not finalized after 4 weeks from the initial request, SUB Rentals and SUS reserve the right to open the requested day and make it available for other clients to reserve.
